Waunakee Manor Greetings! Thank you for your interest in Waunakee Manor Health Care and Retirement Center. We are very pleased to introduce you to our facility. This multi-faceted, privately owned facility is located on a nine acre park like setting in the Village of Waunakee just 12 miles north of Madison, Waunakee has two prominent medical clinics which are within walking distance of our facility. Waunakee Manor has been proudly serving Dane County since its establishment in 1974. Waunakee Manor offers a continuum
of services: Our Rehabilitation Department provides intensive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. Outpatient therapy is also available. This continuum of care allows each resident to maintain their highest level of functional ability. It is our mission to provide
comprehensive care combined with sensitivity and respect. The
individual needs of each resident and family are met with our interdisciplinary
staff’s full efforts and attention. Our goal is
for each resident to preserve independent and productive lifestyles.
