We promote functional independence, prevention of further disability and maintenance of complete well-being. Our Interdisciplinary Team is dedicated to returning patients to their home, community retirement or assisted living residences. In the event long term care is necessary, preservation of skills and abilities is our priority.

Waunakee Manor Health Care Center provides comprehensive and in-patient and out-patient therapy services by professional staff which includes registered Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Speech Therapists.
