Thank you for your interest in Sun Prairie Health Care Center (Sun Prairie HCC) and Retirement Center. We are very pleased to introduce you to our facility.

This multi-faceted, privately owned facility is located just 5 miles east of Madison. Sun Prairie has two prominent medical clinics just minutes from our facility. Sun Prairie HCC has been proudly serving Dane County since it's establishment in 1979.

Our Rehabilitation Department provides intensive Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. This continuum of care allows each resident to maintain their highest level of functional ability.

The individual needs of each resident and family are met with our interdisciplinary staff’s full efforts and attention.
